Ph. D. in Computer Science – IIT
Prof. Jajoo currently Chairman of IT Modernization in IIM Ahmedabad, joined the Institute in the year 1980 after obtaining Ph.D. in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He is an accomplished figure in the IT sector and has set up the Jajoo-AMA Center for IT Entrepreneurship.
He was a Visiting Professor in the Department of Computer Science at University of Delaware, USA from 1987 to 1989. He has Published in Indian and international academic journals and also presented papers in several national and international conferences.
He has participated in several consulting projects for national and international, private and public sector organizations. Also designed and implemented several large networks and value-added services for these networks. He has delivered several seminars and popular lectures.
His current areas of interest include: Computer Networks, Internet/Intranet/Extranet, E-commerce, System Administration and Network Management, Desktop computing, Design of organization-wide computing environment, Managing IT infrastructure, and Technology investigation, comparison & selection studies.
Prof. Jajoo is the Chief of Grooming at NirmaLabs.
